Shipping
In stock items are shipped same day on orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the following business day (Saturday & Sunday excluded). Items shipped directly from manufacturer may take longer for shipping & delivery. You will be notified of any back-ordered items or delayed shipments.

Items that qualify for Free Shipping are shipped via Ground Service. Expediting a Free Shipping item incurs additional charges. Please contact us for help if you need assistance with this issue.

Shipping charges are calculated according to weight and destination. Some items with flat rate shipping charges are charged per Continental US shipments Occasionally shipping charges may need to be adjusted. You will be notified of any shipping charge adjustments prior to your order being shipped.

Items shipped directly from manufacturer and truck shipments cannot be shipped 2nd Day Air.

Purchaser is fully responsible for off loading and installation of product, unless Prior arrangements have been made. **Signature Service for UPS and FedEx deliveries must be noted on the order.

Collision Tools Direct Returns & Refunds

Customers may return stock items that are unused within 7 days of purchase for a 100% product refund. All freight charges incurred in this transaction are the responsibility of the customer. After 7 days items that are unused may be returned with a 25% restocking charge. Refunds will be made on credit cards for credit card purchases and by company check for all other purchases. No credit will be issued for shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

Products that meet the following criteria Will Qualify for the 7 Day Return Policy:

Product is in original packaging
Product is in no way damaged or missing parts
RMA Number has been issued

NOTE: RMA must be requested no later than 30 Days after Purchase and Returned product must be received No later than 40 Days of Purchase to Qualify for a refund.

If the merchandise you ordered has been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. It is imperative that we are contacted immediately in order for the merchandise to be returned and replaced. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to Inspect Package Upon Delivery for damage and NOTE any damage to Item or Packaging on Delivery Receipt. Be sure the Driver also notes the damage. Please retain all packaging in case the carrier wants to inspect the goods onsite. Damages to Package that are not noted on bill of lading or delivery receipt may Void your Claim.

Warranty

All New Items are Also Covered by the Manufactures warranty. These warranties vary by Product. If you have any questions please contact us for details.
Manufacture warranty must go to local service centers.

On warranty items freight will be reimbursed after determination has been made of Claim.

After 30 days, any defect in merchandise must be addressed directly with the manufacturer of that product. We reserves the right to replace, repair, or reject any item returned for warranty consideration. If warranty Claim is denied you will be responsible for any charges to return and or repair of the product.

Limitation of Liability
Collision Tools Direct shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Collision Tools Direct has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Collision Tools Direct product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Collision Tools Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Collision Tools Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Collision Tools Direct shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
